Finals Week usually brings with it a connotation of unpleasant anticipation and overall discomfort, putting most students on the verge of aneurysms and ulcers. Domestic Destination: Dominating the holiday treats

I won’t lie, I hate the holiday treat season for selfish reasons. I fear having to spend a month eating stale, over-frosted cookies and hard sugary fudge that I didn’t make myself. Most people have already made up their mind about “Twilight” before even seeing it. Most of the people who have read the books want to love it, no matter how corny it may be.

Black Friday ’08 Tragic Nationally, Invigorating Locally

In "Men in Black," Tommy Lee Jones says people are smart, unless they are in groups. “A person is smart,” he said, “People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals.” Black Friday is the day when happy individuals become frantic, storming swarms of people out to get a great buy, saving money but possibly costing them more.

For a kid who used to get embarrassed ordering pizza on the telephone, USU student Luke Bybee has come a long way – performing in more than 30 plays for crowds of hundreds.     “I was extremely shy. In high school I was a nervous wreck and I had a hard time talking to people,” Luke said.
